Pedestrian Alert System

What is It?

The Pedestrian Alert System is designed to alert personnel and MHE drivers of surrounding activity.

The sensing range can be adjusted to detect between 1m and 6.5m and even works if either person is behind a wall or other obstruction.

How Does It Work?

The fork truck is tted with a detection unit. The pedestrians carry key fobs.

When the detection unit senses a key fob in the detection range, it causes the truck and key fob to give a warning light and audible warning signal. This allows the pedestrian and truck driver to take the necessary precautions.

The system can either give warnings or it can be congured to slow down the fork truck.

The system is ideal for use in and around any location that has fork truck and pedestrian activity.
